It is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the establishment of a contract (handling the quote process) under Article 5/2-c of KVKK, and our legitimate interest (tracking requests and preventing misuse of the form), provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, under Article 5/2-f. Transfers Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. The website and form records are stored on servers of our hosting provider Hostinger located in Germany (Frankfurt), with backups kept in France. Your data is therefore transferred abroad; such transfer is carried out within the framework of Article 9 of KVKK. Where required by law, your data may be shared with competent public authorities. Retention Records related to your request are kept for as long as needed to assess the request and for any resulting business relationship, and for the applicable statutory limitation periods; they are then erased, destroyed or anonymised.
